Refund & Shipping Policy

1. Flaws or damage

If you receive a bow that has been damaged in tranist, I am NOT responible. You will need to reach out to your local post office and file a claim. All packages come with insurance.

You are the one at the end of the who gets to decide if you want clips, nylon or wrap size. I am not responsible and will NOT refund or offer shop credit if you order the wrong size wrap, need clips instead of nylon or vice versa.

Clips I use are ALLIGATOR CLIPS WITH TEETH. These are perfect for thick hair, I don't recommend using with thin hair as the bow might fall out. 

I WILL NOT respond to any social media messages about a order. You will need to EMAIL me at [email protected] 

No returns on Custom items

Note: You have 5 days to let me know and to ship back your order if there is a issue. Check your order promptly after you receive it to avoid missing the window. Any flaws brought to my attention after this time period will not be eligible for store credit. 
After this period of time we reserve the right to deny compensation or replacement.

Once we confirm the issue after we receive your return, we will refund to original payment within 7-10 business days.

2. Delivery & Insurance 

Unfortunately, we have all been faced with shipping delays at one point in our life.  I am not responsible for delayed shipping once the package is scanned in.  I am not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please reach to your local post office if this occurs and file a claim.  All packages are shipped with $100 insurance through USPS.

3. Delayed TAT

In the event of a natural disaster or medical emergency, TAT may be delayed. In this case I will update the Facebook VIP group as often as possible and refunds/cancelations will be sent out if needed.

4. Customer Pickup

Due to the amount of customers not picking up their orders, customer pickup is not available at this time. Combining orders is also not offered at this time.

5. Returned Packages

You are responible for providing the correct address at check out. If your package gets returned to me, You will be responsible for paying to have it shipped back to you.

6. TAT (Turn around time)

Current TAT is 15-22 business days. This does not include weekends ot holidays. TAT means how many days it takes or could take BEFORE your order even ships. Please keep this is minding before ordering. 
Do NOT email me asking if your order has shipped if your order is still within TAT. I will not respond until your order is over TAT.
