SHIPPING & EXCHANGE POLICY
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Most orders are processed within 1-7 business days. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Please allow 2-7 Business Days After orders have been shipped for delivery.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email provided.
If you provide an incorrect shipping address on your order we are not responsible for lost packages if you do not email us immediately.
If your order is stating billing discrepancy (different zip code for shipping & billing) it may result in delays.
ISABELLA'S BOWS is not liable for any products lost/stolen or any packages that have been marked as delivered!
